Dr. Juliya Cress is a board-certified cardiologist who specializes in interventional and general cardiology. She is board certified in cardiovascular medicine, echocardiography, and internal medicine. After graduating from pharmacy school and working as a pharmacist for several years in Philadelphia while completing medical school there, she moved to New York to finish her Internal Medicine residency and later to Arizona to complete her training in General and Interventional cardiology at the University of Arizona. Her passion lies in interventional and medical treatment of coronary artery disease and acute coronary syndrome, as well as in providing general cardiology consultative services. Dr. Cress believes in approaching the patient as a whole, not just a sum of different parts. Her goal is to provide the patient with the best cardiac care that leads to excellent outcomes.

My initial visit with Dr Cress. Was impressed that she had reviewed my records prior to my visit and was knowledgeable of my medical history. She explained a few things not addressed previously and went over all of my medications, which was appreciated. She was professional, and very caring, answering my questions.
